CRM Data Analytics Manager

Salary: up to $130k

Location: New York


This position is responsible for leveraging data analytics and modeling to enhance CRM strategies within the Corporate & Investment Banking sector. The role involves analyzing large datasets, developing predictive models, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth and improve client relationships. The specialist will work closely with various teams to optimize CRM systems and support data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends that inform CRM strategies.
  • Develop and implement predictive models to enhance client relationship management and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM systems and ensure data integrity.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business objectives.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of data analysis processes, models, and methodologies.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and CRM technologies.
  • Support data-driven decision-making processes by providing accurate and timely reports.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of data management and governance policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in data analytics, predictive modeling, and CRM systems within the Corporate & Investment Banking sector.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, and SAS.
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and tools, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence applications in CRM.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with data management and governance practices.
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry, specifically in Corporate & Investment Banking.
