About The Role
As a Data Analyst Engineer at Finfare, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring, tracking, and developing enterprise-wide metrics to drive Finfare’s product and business strategies. The Data Analyst will work closely with the Data Team to elicit reporting needs, serve as the go-to person to design and implement important metrics for verticals, and build enterprise-level dashboards.
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable individual who is creative, can connect the dots across verticals, and an expert in data storytelling.
Responsibilities
Identify and communicate with key stakeholders
Perform data Analysis to identify key metrics and trends.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports.
Provide data-driven insights to support internal and external stakeholders.
Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling.
Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to inform business strategy.
Ensure data visualization is clear and accessible for stakeholders.
Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests and other projects
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications And Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
4+ Years of experience
Advanced knowledge of SQL
Expertise in Tableau and building dashboards
Advanced knowledge of Snowflake
Understanding of general data management practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Background in FinTech a plus but not required
Bonus Points
Previous experience in a fintech or data-intensive industry.
Knowledge of data security best practices and data governance.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and techniques.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $90k - 130k (depending on experience).
