Responsibilities
Collect and analyze large, complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Develop and implement data models, databases, data collection systems, and other tools
Identify and define key business questions and objectives
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data initiatives and support business strategies
Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports as requested
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular audits and cleaning processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related field
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analytics programming languages
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
