Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing insights to support decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs, gather requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions. Your analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will contribute to our company's success and growth.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
  • Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
  • Provide support to the management team through gathering and analyzing data.
  • Communicate results and business impacts to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role.
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects, Tableau, Power BI) and databases (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB).
  • Proficient in programming languages (e.g., Python, R, Java) and statistical software (e.g., SAS, SPSS).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
