We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Daily Remote Check Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring various remote systems, analyzing data, and identifying trends in order to ensure that all systems are functioning optimally.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in system monitoring and analysis.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in Linux and Windows server environments is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiar with LabVIEW and running/troubleshooting programs.
Monitor remote systems and perform daily checks to ensure that all systems are operating as expected.
Analyze system data and identify trends or anomalies that may indicate issues or potential problems.
Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to remote systems.
Document processes and procedures related to remote system monitoring and analysis.
Maintain accurate records of all checks, analyses, and other activities related to remote system monitoring.
Participate in ongoing training and development activities to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices.
