D365 ERP Presales Functional Consultant

Visionet is seeking a seasoned D365 ERP Presales Functional Consultant who not only excels in functional, technical and presales activities but also stands out in meetings and presentations. The ideal candidate will possess unparalleled organizational and time-management skills, along with a genuine, trustworthy demeanor. You'll lead presales engagements, primarily focusing on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Visionet’s proprietary solutions. You will engage closely with prospective clients and internal teams to drive business transformation and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical & Solution Expertise:

• Lead the design and functional aspects, specifically focusing on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Tailor Visionet’s project implementation methodology to fit client needs.
• Coordinate with the assigned support team to conduct Dynamics 365 solution demonstrations.
• Provide support during project kick-offs and facilitate the transition to the project delivery team post-contract.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Participate in collaborative research to establish Visionet as a leading service provider.
• Maintain deep industry knowledge to act as a Subject Matter Expert during client pursuits.
• Thrive in challenging, high-stakes business situations, providing innovative solutions to complex problems.

Client Engagement:

• Work closely with sales, competencies, and product teams to drive pursuits.
• Prepare solution proposals, transformation roadmaps, and clearly define value propositions.
• Build and maintain relationships with IT and Business leaders/SMEs at prospective client organizations.
• Act as a trusted partner and advisor during client meetings and presentations.
• Drive exceptional client meetings, adept at leading conversations, addressing challenges, and articulating the solution’s value proposition.
• Work with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and create content.
• Leverage persuasive communication and public speaking skills in marketing efforts.

• Act as an internal client ambassador to ensure the best possible solutions and services are presented.
• Navigate successfully within a matrix organizational structure, collaborating effectively with various departments.
• Maintain a highly organized workflow with exceptional time-management skills.

• Acquire training or certifications in leadership, negotiations, or other applicable areas as necessary.

Skills & Competencies:

• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O modules.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to come across as genuine, trustworthy, and an expert in client and internal meetings.
• Highly goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding objectives.
• Proven ability to perform well in challenging and high-pressure situations.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives.
• Track record of engagement (delivery or presales) with $1B plus revenue customers/ prospects.

Educational & Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in designing and implementing D365 F&O modules.
