What This Position is All About
The Customs Compliance Coordinator, International will be a part of the Customs Compliance team; this individual will coordinate a number of tasks to ensure shipments to the US are prepared for international transportation and shipped in a timely manner. The position requires communication and presentation with internal and external offices, knowledge of customs compliance rules and regulations, and an ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Who You Are:
Experienced in supply chain / logistics / transportation / procurement
Ability to work autonomously and independently
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, working within a fast paced environment.
You Also Have:
Experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Customs Compliance
Education/Certification in Imports/Customs preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, working within a fast-paced environment
As The Customs Compliance Coordinator You Will:
Prepare international orders for shipment; manage data entry, order management and exceptions.
Verification of merchandise value, unit quantity, and vendor invoice audits.
Provide updates and reporting of shipments cleared through customs.
Communicate and organize related activity with customs brokers, merchants, logistics and distribution.
Assist with export document approval and support of related customs activity.
Reconcile all international shipments with International Finance for shipment closure.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The starting salary for this position is between $50,000- $55,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, skills, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

The position may not be performed remotely from Washington State.
