Customer Training Manager

Your daily workout

  • You will support the sales, implementation, and customer support teams by developing a successful training and implementation strategy for EGYM products (the EGYM ecosystem).
  • You will evaluate, develop, and execute scalable training material and programs to promote and support growth in the North American market.
  • You will prepare product training and implementation materials and coach customer leadership and facility staff on-site.
  • You will collaborate with the sales and events teams to provide support with events, demonstrations, trade shows, concept training courses and training events.
  • You will be the main point of contact for all facilities you’ve trained to provide on-going success support.
  • You will prepare and provide remote training sessions (via phone and video conferencing) with all levels of a customer organization.
  • You will assess the impact of each training session for performance and customer satisfaction.
  • You will provide Training Department analytics and report information to the Customer Success Department.

Your fitness level

  • Industry Expertise - You are a Certified Personal Trainer and have experience within the fitness industry by holding a sales, customer training, or similar role(s)
  • Training Experience - You have hands-on experience in developing and managing a curriculum, interactive learning activities and Learning Management Software. Additional certification in training is a plus.
  • Professional Skills - You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, solid time management, prioritization, coaching and presentation skills.
  • Motivation - You are an organized, highly motivated, results driven individual with a desire to drive customer satisfaction and success.
  • Collaboration & Resourcefulness - You have a history of working well with colleagues and other departments while being flexible and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel - You are ok with traveling up to 75% of the time (travel may include up to 4 consecutive weeks at a time during peak times).

The equipment we provide

  • You will earn an annual salary of $60,000 - $70,000 (plus variable compensation opportunities based on goal achievement)
