Job Overview: 

As a Customer Support Specialist at PropTexx, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful integration and ongoing support of our AI widget for our clients. You will provide technical assistance, guide clients through the implementation process, and ensure they achieve maximum value from our product.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding and Implementation:
  • Assisting clients in seamlessly integrating the PropTexx widget into their websites using a Javascript string.
  • To Provide detailed guidance on API usage and essential website integration, ensuring smooth and efficient setup.
  • Technical Support:
  • Offering ongoing technical support to clients and troubleshooting issues related to API calls, widget functionality, and website compatibility.
  • Work closely with the development team to resolve complex technical problems and improve product functionality.
  • Client Success Management:
  • Monitor client usage and performance metrics to ensure they get the most out of the PropTexx widget.
  • Conducting regular check-ins and providing proactive recommendations to optimize the widget's effectiveness.
  • Documentation and Training:
  • Create and update comprehensive documentation, tutorials, and FAQs to assist clients with common issues and best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars to educate clients on new features and enhancements.
  • Feedback and Improvement:
  • Gather client feedback and relay it to the product development team for continuous improvement of the PropTexx widget.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions and suggestions to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of APIs and how they are used for integration and data exchange between systems.
  • Basic knowledge of website integration, including HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
  • Familiarity with web technologies and platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Squarespace) is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement.
  • Customer Service Orientation:
  • Passion for helping clients achieve success and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in a customer or technical support role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Experience with real estate technology or digital marketing tools is a plus.
