Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
Inform customers about new features and functionalities
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
Qualifications
Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
Familiarity with our industry is a plus
Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
Understanding of how CRM systems work
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Patience when handling tough cases
Job Highlights
2+ years in a tech or start-up environment in a customer-facing role
Must have small to mid-size SaaS B2B experience supporting enterprise clients with product support needs
100% on site in SF (office located near Salesforce Tower)
Requires problem-solving and critical thinking skills; speed is important but this person will need to know how to effectively communicate any ticket information or feedback to the engineering team
Needs to come with a desire to learn and understand the product; this is key to helping the growth of the company.
Must be comfortable in an ambiguous and constantly changing environment where processes need to be built, not followed
Able to create processes, translate documents into collateral, and help execute foundation building
Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 / year
