Customer Support Specialist

Intellicomm Inc., a cloud communications software firm located in Wayne, PA, provides online services primarily to business customers. It is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to support its customers via phone and email. This is an in-person position (no remote/hybrid).


Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with online sign up and setup issues.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues via phone and email.
  • Answer billing questions.
  • Build upon self-help guides.
  • Communicate customer issues to engineering.


Qualifications

  • Sound verbal and written communications skills;
  • Comfortable with basic software usage and online services;
  • Attention to details;
  • Be able to maintain a professional and patient approach in customer interactions;
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
