Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a LenZ Support Specialist.

Position type: Onsite.
Duration: Full time with Innova Solutions
Location: Franklin, TN/Smyrna, TN

As a LenZ Support Specialist you will:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Frontline licenses for Dealers and NNA, ensuring compliance and efficient utilization of resources.
  • Manage packaging and shipping of headsets, maintaining inventory accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate the purchasing of headsets based on dealership take rate, optimizing inventory levels and minimizing excess.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on LenZ? Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Spearhead marketing initiatives to promote LenZ? within our dealer network, driving adoption and engagement.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate cost improvements, ensuring cost-effectiveness and competitiveness in the market.
  • Work closely with suppliers and Nissan Digital to enhance integrations and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Provide technical support to dealerships when issues arise, offering timely solutions and troubleshooting assistance.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Some experience within the automotive industry is preferred, with a strong understanding of dealership operations considered a significant asset.
  • Proficiency in typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving cost savings and driving process improvements.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to LenZ? platform.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $50,000 - $55,000 + Benefits
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
