Role Summary
As a Customer Supply Chain Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in our Retail operations, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and timely deliveries. Collaborating closely with logistics partners and internal teams, you'll optimize our supply chain to uphold our commitment to exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Manage the Retail Business by overseeing daily customer orders from validation through to shipment and on-time delivery.
Utilize customer databases to track and manage order performance metrics, ensuring compliance and resolving any issues promptly.
Collaborate with Planning and Logistics teams to streamline processes and address product availability challenges.
Act as a primary point of contact for operations and network design, supporting our expansion efforts in the Retail sector.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across key performance indicators to enhance operational efficiency.
Lead projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain processes and reducing operational costs.
Foster productive relationships with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Logistics, Operations, or Manufacturing, with a focus on customer service.
Strong technical proficiency in supply chain management systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for problem-solving.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize supply chain operations.
Position Type
This is a full-time exempt position with flexible work arrangements, either hybrid or fully remote.
Salary
Competitive salary range of $70,000-$85,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus.
