We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Customer Success & Sales Support Manager who thrives at the crossroads of technology and entertainment. As our first customer success hire, you will play a pivotal role in helping our customers unlock the full potential of our platform while also expanding our user base across the industry. You will work closely with our customers to ensure they are fully leveraging our software to enhance their production processes and communicate potential areas of improvement to our development team.


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience - both  in the entertainment industry, and a strong background in SaaS-based technology, with a knack for analyzing work-flow problems and developing solutions. Your deep understanding of the industry’s unique needs and challenges will be crucial in supporting our goal of simplifying logistics for production. You’ll help our customers utilize our platform in ways that “make their day” - literally.


Responsibilities

  • Foster strong customer relationships through a detailed understanding of their unique production workflows. Collaborate closely with clients to align our SaaS solution with their operational goals while ensuring their needs are met.


  • Onboard new clients, ensuring they are fully equipped to use our platform from day one.


  • Conduct regular check-ins and account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for deeper engagement.


  • Provide training and support to users, tailoring guidance to the specific needs of different production roles and contexts.


  • Work collaboratively with the sales and product development teams to relay customer feedback and help shape future updates and enhancements.


  • Provide assistance to the Sales team - participate in sales calls and coordinating tracking of leads and go-to-market efforts.


  • Create and maintain documentation, guides, and case studies to assist customers and promote best practices.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer success role within a SaaS environment and 2+ years of experience in film, TV, or media production.


  • Collaborative and supportive team player - comfortable working remotely across time zones, with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.


  • Tech savvy creative thinker with experience in establishing procedures for capturing information, managing communications, and sharing data.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with varied audiences and grow long-term client relationships.


  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in technology or industry trends - someone we can depend upon to adapt with us when we identify new use-cases for the platform.


  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.


  • Proficient with CRM software and customer success tools as well as other SaaS tools currently utilized in the industry, such as Airtable, Asana, Trello, and Salesforce.

What You’ll Get

  • Base Salary range: $100,000 - $140,000 annually, based on your level of experience
