Customer Success Partner
Location: US (remote) or UK (London-based, partially remote)

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Customer Success Partner to join our team at Datos Insights. As a CS Partner, you will be the primary point of contact for a group of clients, acting as a trusted advisor and partner as they use our services and products.
Datos Insights is an insights and advisory firm providing mission-critical insights on technology, regulations, strategy, and operations to banks, insurers, payments providers, and investment firms—as well as the technology and service providers that support them.
Strong organization and communication skills, intellectual curiosity and joy in balancing autonomy and group work are all great predictors of success at Datos.
Responsibilities:
Build a deep knowledge of Datos’ service offerings
Onboard new clients and ensure they are set up for success with a calendar of regular engagement
Drive usage and engagement with subscription clients, including but not limited to: advisory usage, research consumption, attendance at live and virtual events, expand the base of users
Foster strong relationships with clients, building trust and rapport
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, etc) to ensure a seamless client experience
Monitor key client usage metrics and report on progress toward goals
Troubleshoot client issues and escalate complex problems
Identify renewal risk as well as opportunities for upselling and account expansion
Use of Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to record client data and notes
Desired experience and capabilities include:
1-3 years of customer success experience in software, banking, or insurance industries
Outstanding written and oral communication skills and ability to maintain conversation with clients in a diplomatic and goal-focused manner
Strong project management and organizational skills
Analytical and goal-oriented mindset
Strong IT skills (CRM, Excel, PPT, SharePoint, Outlook) with the ability to learn new tools in the role; Proficiency with Salesforce.com preferred
English fluency, a bachelor’s degree
