As a customer success Manager at ARETUM, you will be responsible for driving customer success by understanding customer needs, analyzing data, and providing insights and recommendations to optimize their experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities{{:}}

  • Act as a strong IT business analyst for large, complex projects with high value to the organization.
  • Works with cross-functional, self-managed development teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
  • Collaborate with Product Owner, Agile teams, and business owners to gather requirements, creating a shared understanding with stakeholders.
  • Write user stories and requirements that include clear acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate meetings with development and quality assurance teams to drive the implementation of all functional and non-functional requirements to completion.
  • Plan product releases in coordination with customers and development teams.
  • Review completed work products prior to delivery.
  • Creates SOPs as required.
  • Participate in testing when needed.


Requirements

Basic Requirements{{:}}

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance. An active Secret clearance is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience working as a software developer in an Agile environment. 14+ years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE, GICSP, CND, or equivalent) is required.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed, able to exercise independent judgment and act.
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
  • Experience with JIRA/Confluence or similar tools

Preferred Requirements{{:}}

  • Certified Agile Product Owner or Scrum Master.
