Customer Success Manager - Account Manager

With clients including direct advertisers, agencies and innovative startups, we have quickly become a market leader in this space. We are looking for a motivated team member to spearhead our publisher development efforts and develop their vision to eventually grow this essential team.

The Role

As part of Everflow's Customer Success team, you will form strong, trusting relationships with customers built on your deep understanding of the Everflow platform and the digital marketing ecosystem. The Support team reactively interacts in real time with customers via a live chat platform as well as on calls. As one of the main touch points to customers, it’s also the responsibility of the customer success team to work closely with the product, sales, marketing and partnership teams.

You must bring both a strategic and technical mindset to the table, love teaching people and have a passion for engaging with our customers. As a growing company and team, you need to be comfortable with identifying patterns, suggesting solutions, and possibly creating a framework / process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to realized value in the shortest amount of time possible
  • Assist clients in the initial setup and configuration of the software, tailoring the implementation to meet their specific business needs
  • Ability to be a front-line Account Manager from a relationship perspective. Build and maintain strong, multi threaded and long-lasting client relationships. Act as the main point of contact for key accounts
  • Identify growth opportunities with customers, and develop and implement solutions to achieve revenue expansion goals
  • Develop expertise with new products and features and be able to evangelize them with clients
  • Understand the customer’s business goals and challenges in order to advocate for customer needs and to share feedback within the company to influence product development and service improvements
  • Monitor customer usage data and health metrics of key accounts
  • Proactively identify any potential issues before they become problems and address accordingly

Tool Specific Requirements

  • CRM tools like Hubspot/Jira (Basic)
  • Experience using either Everflow or competitor tracking platforms (preferred but not required)
  • Third Party analytics solutions - Google Analytics, Social/MediaBuying or MMPs (preferred but not required)

Qualifications

  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts, as well as troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, and acting as their trusted advisor
  • Experience in sales or a strong understanding of sales principles, including the ability to negotiate contracts and upsell products or services
  • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues, resolve conflicts, and find creative solutions to meet client needs. Consultative in approach
