We specialize in cross-channel content strategy, creation, and distribution (email, paid media, social, push, SMS, web, video), and MarTech implementations. We work with 50+ clients ranging in size from companies like YETI, Upside, and Nutrafol to established marquee brands like A+E Networks, Afterpay, and Stanley Black & Decker.


We are looking to bring on a Customer Success Intern for fall, 2024. Is that you? Read on!


This candidate will assist with a variety of CRM marketing projects simultaneously and will work heavily with our strategy, creative, and email production teams. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in the digital marketing space to learn about our industry and assist with active campaigns. This will be a remote internship.


Responsibilities:

  • Effectively assist our Marketing Services Team in project management of all assigned project resources, ensuring all deadlines are met with an accurate and high-quality product.
  • Learn the Ragnarok support process, and customize the deliverables and dates according to the specific project.
  • Participate in all internal meetings and client facing meetings where applicable, ensuring all client requests are ticketed and contain sufficient information, as well as provide answers to any questions from other internal team members.
  • Track all tasks in our project management tool, and partner with our internal team to ensure sufficient resourcing and on-time delivery of assets.


The ideal candidate:

  • Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
  • Will be graduating in December 2024 and open for potentially a full-time role in 2025.
  • Available for work approximately 20 hours per week.
  • Has superior written skills and great organization, email etiquette, and communication skills.
  • Hardworking and dedicated outlook.
  • Clear, proactive communicator and a detail-oriented, organized thinker.
  • Is a people person and has a good attitude, friendly, and thrives in a team environment.
  • Has excellent attention to detail, with the ability to read through emails and documents and fully take in all information and break it down into tasks.
  • Be able to wear multiple hats (in the organization and real life, if you like).
  • Is a self-starter and motivated.
