The Tech: First of its kind open-source project that emulates cloud environments and allows for more secure, faster, and cheaper testing. Reducing AWS spend & removing the complexity & risk of maintaining AWS dev accounts.
Role: Founding Customer Success Engineer.
Location: East Coast US (Remote)
What will the role consist of?
As a Customer Success Engineer, you will be involved in creating strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the successful implementation of the platform. This position involves close collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand needs, address challenges, and drive value.
Be a key member in detecting issues, bugs, and gaps in the product based on customer use cases, and working with the engineering team to resolve these issues.
Experience needed to apply
Experience in a Customer facing technical role within the cloud space.
Strong hands on exposure with AWS infrastructure and associated tools.
Exceptional problem solving abilities
Hands-on experience with IaC or application development frameworks like Terraform, CDK, Pulumi, or Serverless.com is a plus.
