Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Customer Service Director with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX Finance/Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. As the Customer Service Director, you will lead a small team of experts in Microsoft Dynamics AX Finance and Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. You will play a pivotal role in project management, customer success management, and account management of our Microsoft Dynamics projects.

Job Description

  • Oversee Project Management, Project Delivery, and Customer Success Management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations projects.
  • Collaborate closely with our team of consultants, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs and technology requirements.
  • Define technology optimization strategies to drive client success and satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute a service roadmap to ensure our clients achieve their objectives.
  • Project Management/ Project Delivery /Customer Success Management and Account Management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations projects.
  • Work extensively with our team of experts and clients at varying stages of the project life cycle.
  • To be part of our technology practice and work with customers in different geographies who consume our On-Demand services.
  • Extend (Technology) solutions and services for the customers.
  • Position yourself as a trusted advisor for the clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
  • Demonstrable record of accomplishment of successful ERP, specifically Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, planning and implementation of (Technology) is a critical requirement.
  • Apply general organizational knowledge of the business and systems processes in problem analysis is required.
  • Defining technology optimization strategies.
  • Solutions oriented with good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Develop a service roadmap for the clients’ success.

Technical Skills Required

  • Proven experience in ERP planning and implementation, with a focus on Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methods is desired /standard methodologies.
  • Customizing and deploying extensions for Microsoft Dynamics AX.
  • Customizing and deploying custom modules for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • 10+ years of demonstrated knowledge and experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX Finance applications/Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
  • 15+ years of project management experience in ERP planning and implementation
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a preference for degrees in Finance, Accounting, or IT related field
  • Experience working with Microsoft is a significant plus.
