Responsibilities Of The Customer Success Associate
- Directly interact with customers over the phone, email, and chat.
- Set up the showroom for clients.
- Follow up on orders and answer product knowledge questions.
- Provide the ultimate customer experience.
- Go above and beyond to provide an unimagined experience.
- Must have customer service experience.
- A retail background or 1 – 2 years at a startup is preferred
- Proficient knowledge of ZenDesk and Slack!
- Needs to be systems savvy.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude is extremely important.
- Flexibility to help out in any way.
- Bachelor’s degree is required
