Customer Success Admin
About The Role
The Customer Success Admin is responsible for the collection and management trial and proof of concept (POC) information as well as new account rollout data to support the Sales and Customer Success teams. The Admin will ensure that the data and reports accurately reflect the ongoing usage, licensing, and engagement metrics necessary for informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states: CA, CO, CT, IL, NV, TX, WA and/or remote. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $43,400 - $80,600. The base compensation range in other locations may vary. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.

The Admin will ensure that the data and reports accurately reflect the ongoing usage, licensing, and engagement metrics necessary for informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Trial/POC Data Collection
- Collect and verify missing trial information from sales representatives.
- Manage the team's email inbox for sales queries and support requests.
- Validate sales rep submissions against Salesforce CRM data and update the activity sheet accordingly.
- Maintain up-to-date records on trial details, including participant numbers, trial duration, expected close date, associated Salesforce opportunity links, and team member involvement.
- Assist in weekly follow-ups with Solution Consultants and Customer Success Managers to ensure the risk profile for each trial is accurately updated.
- Procure and validate missing new sales account information, coordinating with sales reps and utilizing Salesforce CRM for detailed information on seat numbers, renewal dates, etc.
- Reconcile sales rep inputs against Salesforce CRM and update the activity sheet.
- Track and report on the total number of skill runs firmwide, the number of active users, and the most-utilized skills per firm on a weekly basis.
- Utilize sources such as the CoCounsel usage portal for data extraction and analysis.
- Monitor and report on the number of assigned seats relative to the total number of purchased seats for each firm on a weekly basis.
- Extract data from entitlement reports and the firm’s organizational page for accurate reporting.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and data management.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
