World Bioproducts is seeking to hire a Customer Service Specialist with a sharp attention to detail and enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer care. We take a hands-on approach to growing our customer base and fostering the long-lasting relationships that we have established. As an experienced team in customer service and sales, we seek to provide world class service to our domestic and international customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Participates in domestic and international order processing, including setting up and tracking shipping logistics, ensuring compliance with trade laws, and communicating lead times to the customer.
- Respond to customer inquiries about order status, pricing, product availability, invoice requests, etc. as received.
- Works closely with the VP of Interntional Sales to maintain documents, account information, and assist with customer inquiries and concerns as needed.
- Receive and address customer service incidents and work cross-functionally to follow problems through to resolution in a timely manner.
- Maintains a systemized approach for recording customer service issues, tracking and reporting on key performance metrics.
- Send Certificates of Analysis, as indicated via daily reports and ad hoc requests.
- Participate in answering phone calls directed to the company and direct calls as necessary.
- Assist with drop shipment and standing order management.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Quality Departments as necessary to ensure fantastic customer service.
- Associates degree or higher required.
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- An eagerness to learn and improve upon existing skill sets in customer service and/or sales.
- A positive personality and the natural ability to connect with customers and other team members.
- Two or more years of relevant work experience.
- Comfort working with Microsoft Office Suite, including familiarity with Excel.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Nav and Salesforce preferred.
- Strong mathematical and computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
