Customer Service Specialist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Expedites and follows-up on orders with Production Schedulers
• Answers general technical product and inventory questions and cross references competitive product
• Process "material returns authorization" and coordinate with Quality Control and Texas facility when necessary
• Answers general questions as to pricing and availability of products
• Handles customer questions/concerns and coordinates with other departments as necessary
• Process quick quotes on an as required basis
• Coordinates customer requests with Regional Managers and other departments as necessary
  

Education and Experience:

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• ERP training
• Microsoft Excel, beginner level or above
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Telephone etiquette
• Electrical industry knowledge a plus
