Customer Service Specialist
Established building materials company is seeking a customer service specialist to manage assigned accounts. The Customer Service Specialist will schedule deliveries for products and follow orders until delivery is complete. Remote possibilities after training is complete. Great hours 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday. Pay is up to $20/hr.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Specialist:
Confirm delivery of products
Review daily accounts to identify and complete action items
Look up part numbers and input new orders into the system
Input missing or damaged replacement parts into the system
Review and compare original order with replacement order to verify accuracy of parts
Communicate with clients regarding order status and delivery dates
Follow up with clients to assure satisfaction
