Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a high-volume call center environment.
- At least 3 years of experience working remotely.
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills that could charm the pants off anyone.
- Proven expertise in customer retention strategies and de-escalation techniques.
- Ninja-level organization skills and attention to detail—you never miss a beat.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
