Customer Service Specialist

Duties include:

Respond to incoming calls and emails from clients (business to business)

Resolve customer issues/complaint

Assist with customer retention

Enter and track orders

Qualifications:

3+ years of related experience

Knowledge of Excel and Word

Excellent communication skills
