Job Overview
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join their team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of customer service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our commercial insurance agency. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Answering Phones: Promptly and professionally answer incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department or personnel. Bill Pay: Manage and process billing payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Inspections: Coordinate and perform necessary inspections related to customer accounts and policies. Processing Payments and Sending Proof of Insurance to Clients: Handle payment processing and promptly send proof of insurance documentation to clients. Policy Changes: Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and modifications as needed. Certificates of Insurance: Issue and manage certificates of insurance for clients. Assistance with Quoting: Provide support in preparing and delivering insurance quotes to prospective and existing clients.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to the role. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
