Job Summary
Our Customer Service Specialists are responsible for interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, friendly and professional manner. They engage in active listening with callers, walk-in customers, confirming or clarifying information, while resolving emerging issues.
Primary Responsibilities
Required: High School Diploma
Preferred: Associated Degree Type of Experience
Required: 1-2 year customer service experience
Preferred: Bilingual skills helpful

Job Summary
Our Customer Service Specialists are responsible for interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, friendly and professional manner. They engage in active listening with callers, walk-in customers, confirming or clarifying information, while resolving emerging issues.
Primary Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries and requests via telephone and email in a timely fashion
- Document inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks
- Escalate inquires and requests to appropriate channels where applicable
- Display a courteous and empathetic attitude
- Perform research to answer inquiries and requests
- Outreach members for new member orientation.
- Help field office operation.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
- Team player who thrives in a self-directed, collaborative and fast paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to be flexible, responsible, positive and able to confidently communicate
- Strong smart decision making and problem-solving ability with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Motivation and strong attendance record
