We're looking for a talented Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team! In this remote role, you'll play a vital role in supporting our patients and ensuring they receive the medical equipment they need to live healthier lives.
What You'll Do
Be a friendly and helpful voice for our patients and referral sources by answering phone inquiries.
Assist patients with new accounts and accurately enter their information into our system.
Generate orders for Durable Medical Equipment (DME) supplies based on physician prescriptions and verified insurance.
Keep patients and referral sources informed about order status and any questions they may have.
Work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
What You'll Bring
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus.
Comfort working independently and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A strong desire to help others and make a positive difference in healthcare.
