Customer Service Representative - Health Plan (Hybrid Remote)

Open Position

• Responsible for providing telephonic customer service support to members and/or providers through inbound and outbound calling.
• Direct customer interaction utilizing alternative methods, such as telephonic, mail or email.
• Answer and work to resolve a variety of inquiries, varying depending on customer interaction, in a timely fashion.
• Complete cross training opportunities as they arise.
  
  

PAY: $18-20/hr + Benefits )medical, dental vision) Contract -to- permanent

Schedule: 8:30-5pm Monday - Friday

(3 days remote; 2 days in-office- Long Beach)

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years Customer Service experience in healthcare
• Strong inbound and outbound telephonic skills, or the ability to quickly learn
• Intermediate keyboarding and computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication, active listening and time management skills
• Bilingual (any language) candidates are prioritized.
