Customer service representative

Required:

  • Strong communication skills to confidently explain information and converse with customers/clients.
  • SAP/ ERP experience is required.
  • Proficient in Excel spreadsheet and Word.
  • Problem Solving-the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
  • Self-starter; quick learner; positive up-beat personality.

Duties:

  • Work closely with internal departments (purchasing, manufacturing, shipping, etc.) to ensure on time delivery of customer product.
  • Determine, correct and communicate order information accuracy to internal personnel.
  • Accurately enter, track and prepare necessary job folders for all customers, in-house & trial orders in accordance with Quality System requirements.
  • Maintain weekly Order Report.
  • Maintain customer inventory lists where required.
  • Track and follow-up customer material usage to assist them with forecasting their order requirements.
