Customer Service Representative
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services.
- Offer detailed information about products, services, and policies
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved and feedback is communicated.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and handling exchanges.
- Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelors degree required (minimum)
- Proven understanding of fundamental call center metrics and performance management techniques
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and phone skills
- Bachelors degree with 1-2 years of exp or Associates degree with 3-4 YOE in providing customer support.
- Must have experience in tracking shipments from the vendors directly and providing an update to customers.
- Prior knowledge in healthcare or biotech industry
