Job Summary

Deliver exceptional service by assisting clients via telephone, email, chat, and other digital channels with transactions, account maintenance, and general information regarding Saint Louis Bank’s full line of financial products and services including our deposit, lending, and digital products and services. Working directly with our clients, our Client Success Representatives play a key frontline in providing an outstanding experience for our clients.

  

Job Responsibilities

In this high-volume, fast-paced environment, the selected candidate will be expected to:

  • Assess situations, apply sound judgment and use troubleshooting skills to assist clients.
  • Build rapport and process requests, inquiries and issues with accuracy.
  • Respond to issues and concerns in a timely and precise manner to maintain and strengthen the relationship between the client and Saint Louis Bank.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ensure clients are informed on how Saint Louis Bank can help make banking easier through education and demonstration of available digital options and introducing them to partners that support their needs.
  • Manage and utilize time efficiently to ensure the Customer Service Center meets expected key performance indicator goals and service quality for client satisfaction.

 

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years customer service experience in financial services, retail sales or related business experience.
  • Experience implementing solutions on behalf of clients, while improving productivity and client satisfaction.
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience. Some college preferred.

  • Knowledge of internet functionality web/mobile

 

Work Environment

  • General office conditions
  • Must be able to work effectively at a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Regular attendance is necessary.
