Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00. Some Saturday morning shifts will be required from October through March.

Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints over the phone
Schedule appointments
Provide information about services
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
Experience working in a non-profit a plus
Bilingual Spanish a plus
Tech savvy with experience in MS Office Suite
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
