Optimal Home Care is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline of our agency, providing exceptional service and support to our clients.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns. You will assist clients in scheduling appointments, coordinating services, and ensuring a positive experience. Your friendly and professional demeanor will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our clients and their families.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns. You will assist clients in scheduling appointments, coordinating services, and ensuring a positive experience. Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous and timely manner
- Provide information and assistance to clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
- Schedule appointments and coordinate healthcare services
- Resolve issues and address concerns by investigating, escalating, and following up as necessary
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless experience for clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and regulations to provide accurate information
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Empathy and compassion towards clients and their families
