Customer Service Representative with sourcing materials experience.
Growing international manufacturer of plastic and rubber products has an immediate opening at its Park Hills, Missouri headquarters for a Customer Service Representative. Primary responsibilities include taking customers’ orders, keeping open communication with customers from beginning to end of the order process, setting up new customers, adding parts to customer file, verify written purchase orders, report all errors during the order process, take incoming phone calls, handle email inquiries, fulfill sample requests, working with credit department, and manufacturing facilities and supporting the sales staff.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in sourcing of materials (preferably in a manufacturing facility)
Experience in D365 a plus
Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
Detail oriented
Able to multitask
Able to work closely with others in a team-oriented environment
Excellent communication skills
Must possess a strong work ethic, very good people skills, and willingness to learn
Ability to work occasional overtime (if needed)
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week.
Schedule: On Site in Office Environment located in Park Hills, MO 63601:
8-hour shift
Monday to Friday

CSR/Sourcing minimum 2 years (Required)
