Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate entry of customer contact information
  • Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude when interacting with customers
  • Handle questions and inquiries from new and potential customers face-to-face
  • Exceed targets and sales goals by upselling and promoting new products/services
  • Resolve customer issues in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Assist the sales team in acquiring and retaining new customers
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our clients and sales promotions by attending client meetings

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required; college degree preferred
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
  • Must have a positive and professional demeanor
