Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate entry of customer contact information
Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude when interacting with customers
Handle questions and inquiries from new and potential customers face-to-face
Exceed targets and sales goals by upselling and promoting new products/services
Resolve customer issues in a friendly and helpful manner
Assist the sales team in acquiring and retaining new customers
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our clients and sales promotions by attending client meetings
Requirements:
High school diploma/GED required; college degree preferred
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
