We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Assist customers with product information, account management, and order processing
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve processes
Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of customer service experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Job Type: Full Time (Remote)
Hourly Pay: $27 - $35
