Rate: $21/hour (W2)
Job Description
Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for customer service? Join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this pivotal role, you will handle inbound and outbound phone interviews for Medicare Supplement applicants in a call center environment. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and the ability to use computer-based resources to respond accurately to inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer phone verification interviews for all inbound and outbound calls to complete applications for insurance coverage.
- Order prescription drug checks during phone verification interviews.
- Process completed interviews for underwriting review.
- Review and index applications into the workflow system.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of all products and procedures.
Requirements
- High-speed internet connection
- Dedicated and uninterrupted workspace
- Typing speed of 55 WPM or higher
