Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 4-month contract with the opportunity to extend

Rate: $21/hour (W2)


Job Description

Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for customer service? Join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this pivotal role, you will handle inbound and outbound phone interviews for Medicare Supplement applicants in a call center environment. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and the ability to use computer-based resources to respond accurately to inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer phone verification interviews for all inbound and outbound calls to complete applications for insurance coverage.
  • Order prescription drug checks during phone verification interviews.
  • Process completed interviews for underwriting review.
  • Review and index applications into the workflow system.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of all products and procedures.
