In this pivotal role, you will handle inbound and outbound phone interviews for Medicare Supplement applicants in a call center environment. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and the ability to use computer-based resources to respond accurately to inquiries.
Responsibilities
Conduct customer phone verification interviews for all inbound and outbound calls to complete applications for insurance coverage.
Order prescription drug checks during phone verification interviews.
Process completed interviews for underwriting review.
Review and index applications into the workflow system.
Maintain detailed knowledge of all products and procedures.
Requirements
