Responsibilities Of The Customer Service Representative
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing information and assistance in a professional and friendly manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, promptly and accurately.
- Process customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Production, and Shipping, to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Provide product knowledge and technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting problems and offering solutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to gather feedback on our products and services.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
