Customer Service Manager (Auto / Manufacturing)

Our client seeks a flexible and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to join their team. This role would be a good fit for someone who enjoys wearing many hats and thrives in a team environment.


Responsibilities of the Customer Service Manager

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and in-person.
  • Look up product information and relay it to customers as needed.
  • Collaborate with various departments to research and resolve customer complaints/issues.
  • Manage online product postings.
  • Assist with preparing and inspecting orders for shipment.
  • Maintain knowledge of past and current products.
  • Support ongoing process improvements to improve sales and customer experiences.


Customer Service Manager Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales/customer service in automotive or related industry.
  • Proficiency with ERP and/or CRM systems and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Customer service-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task.
