Responsibilities of the Customer Service Manager
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and in-person.
Look up product information and relay it to customers as needed.
Collaborate with various departments to research and resolve customer complaints/issues.
Manage online product postings.
Assist with preparing and inspecting orders for shipment.
Maintain knowledge of past and current products.
Support ongoing process improvements to improve sales and customer experiences.
Customer Service Manager Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience in sales/customer service in automotive or related industry.
Proficiency with ERP and/or CRM systems and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Customer service-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task.
