Customer Service Manager (Paper/ Pulp) Job Description:
Our client in southern PA urgently seeks a Customer Service Manager with knowledge of the paper or pulp industries. In this role, you’ll lead the Customer Service Support Team, ensuring exceptional personalized service. Your focus will be on efficiency, productivity, and exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain service plans aligned with changing customer expectations around the paper industry.
- Service Communication: Facilitate interdepartmental communication and represent the service department.
- Training and Team Development: Support team growth and enhance effectiveness.
- Issue Resolution & Policy Interpretation: Provide direction on complex service issues.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance service practices.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3-5 years of related management experience, familiarity with MS Office, and experience setting up a Customer Service Department. Knowledge of pulp or paper industries.
This is a direct hire permanent position, and compensation will be based on experience level.
