Job Summary


Advanced Ground Systems Engineering is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our team. The Customer Service Manager position is a key operational leadership role responsible for the development, continuous improvement, and delivery of leading customer service experience.


What you will do:

  • Lead customer service team in ensuring timely and accurate processing of customers’:
  • Request for quotes (RFQs)
  • Order entry
  • Order fulfillment
  • Status communication
  • Inquiries and requests for after sale services
  • Hire, train and supervise customer service team.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and KPIs to deliver premier customer service experience.
  • Foster strong relations with customers and regional sales directors resulting in sales growth.
  • Ability to quickly resolve customer conflicts and/or execute escalation procedures when required.
  • Obtain market pricing feedback from customers for product. Advise management of any special customer needs or situations that require their attention.


What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of previous related customer service experience.
  • Experience working for an aerospace product manufacturing company is highly desired.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects and assign project priorities.
  • Works to develop and improve direct reports by pursuing opportunities for continuous learning through constructive coaching and performance management.
  • Implements continuous process improvement to increase customer satisfaction and company sales.
  • ERP & CRM experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year


Our compensation range is based dependent on your education and experience level.

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift


Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
