Position Overview
This role offers a hybrid remote work opportunity with mandatory in-office training for 4-6 weeks at our Las Vegas location. Following training, you will have the flexibility to work from home.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Responsibilities
Enter customer orders and various data into the company's ERP system
Communicate with customers regarding production orders
Update and maintain data accuracy in systems
Identify and resolve discrepancies in received data
Collaborate with supervisors to address data-related issues
Qualifications
Strong computer skills are essential
Proficient typing ability
Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service, preferably in manufacturing
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
