Customer Service / Data Entry - Hybrid - Remote

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a hybrid remote position, with initial training conducted at our Las Vegas manufacturing facility.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Note: Mandatory in-office training for 4-6 weeks.

Responsibilities

Enter various customer orders and data accurately into the company's ERP system.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding production orders.

Review and update data entries in the systems, ensuring accuracy.

Identify and report discrepancies in received data promptly.

Collaborate with supervisors to address any data-related issues.

Qualifications

Strong computer skills are essential.

Proficiency in typing with high accuracy.

Previous experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or customer service within manufacturing environments.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
