Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:

  • Identify and seize upselling and cross-selling opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers
  • Build rapport and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and purchase history to offer personalized recommendations
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets, actively participating in sales initiatives and promotions
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and close sales
  • Process sales orders and manage customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to provide insights and contribute to sales strategies

Customer Service Associate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service and sales roles, demonstrating strong performance in both areas
